Our adventure begins with Meetings. Suppose you want to set up a Breakfast at Tiffany's-themed get-together. First, you'd click on the Schedule a Meeting link on the front page: |
| As you can see, the first thing to do is fill in your meeting information: name, date range for people to select from, and a longer description. You could create your meeting at this point, but suppose you wanted to let people know where it was. Easy! The Where tab: |
| You can even use Google to choose locations. Once you have found places, make sure to add it to your list of locations. Now that we've finished setting up the meeting, it's time to let everyone know when we're free: |
| On this page you can select times on the calendar to mark when you're free, and can even rate times as Great, Good, or OK. Since we've added a location to our meeting, we can even vote on how much we like it. |
| The next step is to send invites, and then wait for responses! When enough people have responded, you can view the aggregate of their responses and find out when everyone is free. People can even have a conversation about the meeting through comments: |
